And maybe answers to some questions?
A few people have asked about skin tone–since the artwork and screenshots depicts the protagonists as white European-looking people, some may have concluded that we can’t change the skin tone of our protagonists. However, at the beginning of the game, we are allowed to choose our skin tone–although, granted, we haven’t seen options other than “beige” thus far,

The top option is “Skin Tone.” “Beige” is selected, but previous games also included white, tanned and cocoa-brown options. We don’t yet know if this game contains those same four options, or if they added/subtracted any. But since the option is there, beige must not be the only choice!
(Personally, I’d love to see more brown options someday. I know people whose skin tones range from a honeyed brown lighter than what we saw in previous games, to a rich and coffee-like black that’s much darker. There’s a massive variety of skin tones in both the lighter and darker spectrums!)
Another thing we see is your home at different levels, exteriors, and interiors.

First we see the house as it is at the beginning (a ramshackle shack), and then the progression to a larger, grander house. The horse stall next to it changes, too! (Is that part of the home extension, or is that separate? I’d guess it’s separate, but… Well, who knows. It is a house for the horse…)
And there are plenty of wallpaper, flooring, and furniture options to choose from, too!
